You will be asked to write a 4-5 page (double-spaced) paper that applies topics in this course to the evolving coronavirus pandemic. Specifically, you will be asked to apply two of the topics from our syllabus (e.g., self-awareness, managing time/stress, cultural competency, managing conflict) and reflect on how healthcare managers might use these topics to improve/better manage the pandemic.
