My tutor gave me a poor paper, despite numerous revisions. I need help revising it.
Attached are the instructions and the most recent paper. I will give you even more resources to help, including an outline with a thesis statement and other materials.
It must be at least 1,500 words.
Due to previous experience, I highly prefer an American tutor.
