Instructor wrote : Policedepartments seem to have trouble with their funding more times than theyshould. It seems as though the funding should be easy to obtain due tothe fact that these men and woman keep law and order and keep societyregulated. Why would they give 4-5 million for a “porkbarrel” project of any kind spending millions of dollars andfail to fund the men and woman who keep law in order. Why is this thecase?
