Using Nonverbal Communication in the Workplace
Imagine that you have been asked by your supervisor to share, via email, your suggestions on how they could better use non-verbal communication to be a more effective leader or to improve the workplace. Be sure to include examples and the standard email header:
The entire message should be one page or less. If you need to, go back and reread Chapter 4 of Making Connections. Things to include might be different styles of communication or how non-verbal communications can be interpreted.
