I need help creating a discussion post for the following:
Consider the results that you received on all of the self-assessments you have taken so far this term and the culture of your organization. Where are the areas of conflict? How do you work through these conflicts, and what aspects of the culture keep you at the organization?
I have attached rubric and a more detailed document of what’s needed for this discussion board. I doubt you will need the assessments from this course due to fact my professor stated to just “consider” the results. Please let me know if you need more information from my assessments and I’ll gladly provide them to you.
