DETAILS: You have each been assigned to a group and each group has been assigned an IT RFP. This week you should begin working on the Initiation Phase of your case study which requires the completion of a Project Charter.
There are many examples and templates available to you. Your book also has a nice example in the appendix and Chapter 4. You can add areas as needed. You are not bound to this template. Please make sure that your project charter has a preliminary scope statement and that you have a documented “what’s in” and “what’s out” section in the document.
