The introduction to this course focuses on understanding the basics of the scientific method. An important part of developing an appropriate research methodology is the creation of hypotheses. In 250 to 300 words, explain what a hypothesis is and the reasons it is difficult to develop a good hypothesis. Explain why these challenges exist and how bias may enter into the formation of hypotheses.
